Malacañang has issued several proclamations declaring special nonworking holidays in different localities for November and December this year.
All proclamations were signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on Oct. 22, except for Proclamation Nos. 725 and 726 which were signed on Oct. 28:
- Proclamation No. 711 declared Nov. 12 (Tuesday) a special nonworking day in Valenzuela for its 401st Founding Anniversary.
- Proclamation No. 712 declared Nov. 15 (Friday) a special nonworking day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro for its 74th Founding Anniversary.
- Proclamation No. 713 declared Nov. 22 (Friday) a special nonworking day in Palayan, Nueva Ecija for the annual festival of thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest.
- Proclamation No. 714 declared Dec. 5 (Thursday) a special nonworking day in Palayan, Nueva Ecija for its 59th Foundation Day.
- Proclamation No. 715 declared Nov. 22 (Friday) a special nonworking day in Itogon, Benguet for its 124th Founding Anniversary.
- Proclamation No. 716 declared Nov. 22 (Friday) a special nonworking day in Tublay, Benguet for its Founding Anniversary.
- Proclamation No. 717 declared Nov. 23 (Saturday) a special nonworking day in the Province of Benguet for its 124th Founding Anniversary.
- Proclamation No. 718 declared Nov. 25 (Monday) a special nonworking day in Maragusan, Davao de Oro for the Araw ng Maragusan.
- Proclamation No. 719 declared Nov. 26 (Tuesday) a special nonworking day in Dasmariñas, Cavite for its Founding Anniversary.
- Proclamation No. 720 declared Nov. 28 (Thursday) a special nonworking day in the Province of Sarangani for its 124th Founding Anniversary and the 22nd MunaTo Festival.
- Proclamation No. 721 declared Nov. 28 (Thursday) a special nonworking day in Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte for its 73rd Founding Anniversary.
- Proclamation No. 725 declared Nov. 8 (Friday) a special nonworking day in Tanay, Rizal for the 14th Hane Festival.
- Proclamation No. 726 declared Nov. 15 (Friday) a special nonworking day in Borongan, Eastern Samar for the 154th birth anniversary of Eugenio S. Daza, the overall commander of the revolutionary forces in Eastern Samar during the Philippine War against the United States.
