Participants can register on site at the Risen Garden, Quezon City Hall, starting at 4:00 p.m.

The event is open to individuals aged 16 and above, but those under 18 are required to submit a parent or guardian’s consent.

Given the 10-kilometer distance of the bike ride, participants are expected to be in good health and possess a basic fitness level suitable for the activity.

Attendees are encouraged to creatively decorate their bicycles with lights, glow-in-the-dark stickers, neon paint, and LED strips.

As part of the city’s commitment to environmental conservation, participants are advised to bring their own tumblers or water containers to reduce plastic waste.

Water stations will be available at the starting point to refill bottles.
