Manam BGC reopens with a fresh look and familiar favorites

Manam Seven/NEO, the popular Filipino dining destination located at the former Net Park building in Bonifacio Global City, reopens this November after a brief hiatus. Known for its comfort food and inviting atmosphere, the 106-seater restaurant is ready to welcome back its patrons with a refreshed look and a renewed focus on delivering a relaxing dining experience.

Since its opening in 2016, the original Manam BGC has become a go-to spot for a variety of dining occasions, from special celebrations to everyday meals. The updated space aims to build on this legacy, offering familiar favorites in a new setting designed to provide a sense of comfort and escape.

A reimagined space for dining

In line with Moment Group’s mission to make diners happy, Manam Seven/NEO has been redesigned to provide a calm, tropical-inspired atmosphere. The updated interior draws from the natural beauty of Philippine flora and fauna, creating a feeling of tranquility amidst the busy urban landscape.

The design features earthy tones and predominantly wooden finishes, complemented by artwork that blends rural and urban elements. The centerpiece of the main dining room showcases a visual journey from a countryside home to the city, surrounded by local foliage and wildlife. This artwork embodies the restaurant’s role as a peaceful retreat for its urban neighborhood.

“Though the new Manam Seven/NEO looks considerably different from most Manam shops, diners will certainly find the artworks familiar,” said Miguel Wylengco, head of design at Moment. “They’re new images but carefully composed in a distinctly Manam way. Through them, we hope to show diners that this is still the Manam that they know and love, but also encourage them to rediscover their favorite things about the shop.”

In a nod to local pop culture, the restroom features custom wallpaper inspired by Filipino romance books, with original book covers created to reflect the restaurant’s dishes. The soft “pakwan” shade used in the wallpaper was inspired by Manam at the Triangle’s color palette.

“Manam Seven/NEO is such a big part of Manam and Moment’s history, and we are always so grateful to see how our diners have come to frequent this particular dining room over the years,” said Abba Napa, restaurateur and Moment Founder. “This refresh is really for our loyal patrons. We hope the new relaxing atmosphere gives them more reasons to enjoy dining at Manam Seven/NEO in the next decade and beyond. Nothing would make us happier than to see them converging around our tables with friends and loved ones, enjoying Manam’s dishes together.”
