Makati's No. 10 most wanted nabbed for child abuse

A 25-year-old man wanted for child abuse was nabbed by the Makati City Police on Monday, Nov. 18, during the conduct of its Oplan Galugad initiative.

The Southern Police District (SPD) identified the suspect as "Adolf" who was arrested on Chino Roces Street. He is tagged as the No. 10 Most Wanted Person under the station level for this month.

Adolf was apprehended by virtue of a warrant of arrest for Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code, in relation to Section 5(B) of Republic Act No. 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act).

The warrant was issued by Judge Jehan Sampao-Hassiman of the Family Court Branch 11 in Pasay City on June 11, 2024, with a recommended bail of P180,000.
