The European Union invites students, academicians, and researchers to participate in this year’s European Higher Education Fair (EHEF) 2024, aimed at promoting student mobility and academic excellence.
Organized by the delegation of the European Union to the Philippines and EU Member States’ embassies, the fair will take place onsite on Nov. 22 and 23 at Robinsons Galleria, Ortigas, with online editions scheduled for Nov. 25 via Zoom and the EHEF Philippines Facebook page (@ehefphilippines).
EU Ambassador Massimo Santoro said, “The European Higher Education Fair reflects the EU's commitment to providing an immersive platform to explore a diverse array of opportunities, resources, and insights for Filipino students interested in pursuing their higher education in the European Union.”
As the country’s largest and longest-running higher education fair, EHEF 2024 provides Filipino students, professionals, researchers, and university officials a unique opportunity to engage directly with 77 top institutions and diplomatic missions from EU Member States, including Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Hungary, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Finland, and Sweden.
Onsite seminars hosted by EU Member States' embassies and cultural institutes will cover topics such as higher education systems, “student life” in the EU, research grants, and scholarships, including Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions, and Jean Monnet programs. Online sessions will also be held on Nov. 22, 23, and 25.
Participation is free, and interested individuals may register and find more information at ehefphilippines.com or @EHEFPhilippines on Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
