MPD hunts down man who stabbed his friend out of jealousy

Elements of the Manila Police District (MPD) are hunting down the suspect who allegedly stabbed his friend out of jealousy in Tondo, Manila on Friday, November 15.

The Manila Police District (MPD) identified the suspect as alias "Ompong."

According to the police report, the victim was walking along Herbosa corner CP Garcia Street in Barangay 112, Tondo, Manila, around 11:20 p.m. when the suspect walked towards the victim and stabbed him in his left torso.

The victim was rushed to Gat Andres Bonifacio Medical Center for immediate medical attention.

Police said the victim is now in stable condition.

Based on the initial investigation, the suspect became jealous when he saw his girlfriend with the victim.

Police conducting manhunt operation to locate the suspect.
