Ken Chan: Hindi po ako nanloko ng tao


He didn't divulge where he is at the moment but Ken Chan made clear he is not running away from the syndicated estafa case filed against him in court by a businessman.

Supposedly, the actor enticed the businessman to invest in his restaurant business promising a 10% monthly interest.

Ken, allegedly went on to receive some P14 million from the transaction but failed to delive on his promise. 

Not long ago, police visited the actor's home in Quezon City in an attempt to serve him a warrant of arrest in relation to the case but he was nowhere to be found. 

In a social media post, the actor maintained, "Hindi po ako nanloko ng tao, naitayo po ang negosyo ngunit hindi ito nagtagumpay."

He added, "Hindi po ako nanghingi lang ng pera at nanloko tulad ng akusasyon sa akin. 

"Nalugi po ang Café Claus at isa sa malaking dahilan na rin ay dahil sa ilang business partners naming na nagplano para pabagsakin ang kumpanya at patuloy na sirain ang aking pangalan."

He went on, "Lumalaban po ako at hindi tumatakbo palayo sa isinampang kaso sa akin. 

"Mahigit isang dekada kong pinaghirapan ang aking career at hindi dahil sa akusasyon ng iilan ang magtatapos ng napakagandang future na inilaan para sa akin ng Panginoon."

Ken then thanked his supporters and asked for prayers.
