Style Weekend: Local streetwear brand Blanc Nué launches functional, multi-use collection

Streetwear fashion stands out for its edge and swagger. For the local fashion brand Blanc Nué, it offers even more. With its newest collection, the brand aims to elevate streetwear by providing minimalist yet functional pieces, especially for bags and wallets.

In a conversation with Style Weekend, Blanc Nué founder Brent Lim shared that the brand was born during the pandemic, aiming to provide bags designed to fit essential items.

“My first collection was a wallet that also functions as a bag,” he recalls. “The brand’s DNA is modular. Now, the collection features improved materials and mix-and-match options, allowing you to adjust pieces based on your lifestyle and personality.”

The new collection uses high-quality nylon in various timeless colors, including black, white, beige, royal blue, pink, and green. Thanks to its modular design, all bags and wallets have interchangeable straps, ranging from adjustable cords to thick straps.

“Nylon is waterproof and water-resistant. It’s perfect for travel because it’s lightweight, and you can easily add or adjust features based on what you need,” Brent says. “It’s fashion with a purpose—where style meets versatility.”
