Parañaque LGU offers discount for full payment of real property tax

The City Treasurer's Office of Parañaque City is offering a discount to real property owners who will pay in advance their full Real Property Tax (RPT) for 2025.

Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez said Dr. Anthony Pulmano, head of the CTO, is offering 20 percent discount to real property owners who will be paying in full their RPT for 2025 on or before December 15.

Pulmano said real property owners who will be paying their RPT starting December 16 to 31 may avail of the 16 percent discount.

He said real property owners may now start paying their RPT and their office will be serving tax payers from Monday to Friday at 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The CTO head said the City Government’s Service Center located in Ayala Malls Manila Bay will also accept payments for RPT.

Pulamo said property owners may also pay their RPT online at https://citytreasury.paranaquecity.ph.
