Proclamation No. 740 declared Dec. 2, Monday, a special nonworking day in Cainta, Rizal for its founding anniversary and the Sumbingtik Festival.
Proclamation No. 741 declared Dec. 6, Friday, a special nonworking day in M’lang, Cotabato for the Kawayanan Festival.
Proclamation No. 742 declared Dec. 12, Thursday, a special nonworking day in San Juan, Batangas for its founding anniversary.
Proclamation No. 743 declared Dec. 16, Monday, a special nonworking day in Calatagan, Batangas for its founding anniversary.
Proclamation No. 744 declared Dec. 18, Wednesday, a special nonworking day in the City of Tuguegarao for its 25th Charter Anniversary.
Proclamation No. 745 declared Dec. 19, Thursday, a special nonworking day in Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay for its founding anniversary.
Proclamation No. 746 declared Dec. 20, Friday, a special nonworking day in Sipalay, Negros Occidental for its founding anniversary and the Pasaway Handurawan Festival.
Proclamation No. 747 declared Dec. 23, Monday, a special nonworking day in Sto. Niño, South Cotabato for its 44th founding anniversary and the 25th Hinublag Festival.
Meanwhile, Proclamation No. 748 declared Nov. 27, Wednesday, a special nonworking day in Baggao, Cagayan for its founding anniversary.
Based on the proclamations, the holidays were declared to allow the people to properly participate in the occasions and enjoy the celebrations.
