Pinoy Playlist Music Festival 2024

Where: BGC Arts Center and 5th Ave., Bonifacio High Street, Taguig City

The Pinoy Playlist Music Festival (PPMF) returns this weekend, bringing together over 300 artists to celebrate Pinoy music. Experience unforgettable performances, inspiring conversations with music experts, and special tribute sets for the PPMF 2024 Ryan Cayabyab Awardees by renowned artists. PPMF is part of the BGC Passionfest 2024 celebration. Admission is free!

Nanay Bangis
When: Nov. 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 29, 30, and Dec. 1; 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Where: IBG-KAL Theater, UP Diliman, Quezon City

Dulaang Unibersidad ng Pilipinas presents Nanay Bangis as its first production for its 47th theater season. Directed by J. William Herbert Sigmund Go and adapted by Rody Vera from Bertolt Brecht’s Mother Courage and Her Children, Nanay Bangis tells the story of a mother who loses her children in the conflict between the MNLF and the Philippine army from 1971 to 1981.

A Phia Christmas
When: Nov. 16, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Where: Guijo Studios, Makati City

Community market Club Femme is partnering with fashion brand Phia the Label for a chic weekend event dedicated to retail therapy. Expect exclusive giveaways from the local brand and exciting deals from various vendors at the event. Entrance is free!

Iba Talaga launch
When: Nov. 16, 2 p.m.
Where: One Two Three Block in Mandala Park, Mandaluyong City

Music group Brass Pas Pas Pas Pas celebrates 12 years with a day filled with music, talks, and the release of their new single Iba Talaga. The anniversary event features two parts: a series of talks with guest speaker Ethan Santos, trombone player of British acid jazz band Incognito, followed by a music festival with Filipino artists Barb., Shanne Dandan, Kindred, and Jensen and the Flips to mark the release of Brass Pas Pas Pas Pas’ newest song.

Anik-anik at STP
When: Nov. 16 to 17, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Where: G Studios, Alabang

The anik-anik craze continues at South Trading Post's year-end sale. Discover an array of keychains, stickers, bag charms, and more at great discounts. There’s also a pottery workshop available during the two-day event. Admission to the sale is free, while the pottery workshop costs P2,900.

Slowdown Art Weekend @ Rockwell

Where: Greyhound Cafe, Edades Tower, Makati City

Bumi and Ashe are bringing a creative twist to the weekend. Together with Greyhound Cafe, they invite everyone to the Slowdown Art Weekend for activities like pottery, ring-making, and rug tufting. Sessions include food and drinks provided by the restaurant!
