“Every time you serve our citizens with honesty and integrity, you are the light. To our rescuers na hindi na napagod dahil sa dami ng bagyo natin you are the light everytime you risk your lives for those who need to be saved (Every time you serve our citizens with honesty and integrity, you are the light. To our rescuers who are not tired because of the number of typhoons we have, you are the light every time you risk your lives for those who need to be saved),” she added.

“There is so much to be grateful for this year. Together, we are fulfilling the goal of making QC the best-governed city in the entire country,” Belmonte said.
