Grand Hyatt Singapore has launched its “Sleep at Hyatt” campaign, a holistic wellbeing initiative created to advocate the importance of a good night’s rest. Quality sleep is essential for physical and mental wellbeing, with research indicating that it can affect brain function, heart health, and the immune system. The campaign, which offers guests a curated Sleep Kit comprising products from wellness brand iKOU, is designed to promote deep relaxation and calm the mind. Sleep at Hyatt sets the foundation for the hotel’s ongoing commitment to supporting total wellbeing and rejuvenation with thoughtful touches.

“We recognize that true wellbeing begins with a good night’s sleep,” said Thea Wong, director of wellbeing at Grand Hyatt Singapore. “Sleep at Hyatt brings this vision to life, creating a unique sleep experience that combines the best in natural relaxation products with the tranquil surroundings of our reimagined hotel.”

Set against the vibrant backdrop of Orchard Road, Grand Hyatt Singapore offers more than luxury accommodation. It is a retreat for immersive wellness experiences while remaining close to the world-renowned shopping street. The nature-inspired Terrace Wing has been reimagined with refreshed dining concepts and lush public spaces that advocate mental relaxation.

Guests can unwind in the hotel’s interconnected gardens, thoughtfully designed to promote biodiversity and offer a hidden sanctuary of nature. Lush greenery, cascading waterfalls, and tranquil spaces create a peaceful escape from the city’s bustling streets, allowing guests to relax and recharge fully. For even deeper relaxation, the hotel’s Wellness Pool offers a calming environment, where guests can swim or lounge, soothing both body and mind.

To complement this serene setting, Sleep at Hyatt rooms will feature an exclusive iKOU Sleep Kit, packed with natural products designed to enhance the sleep experience. The kit comes with a soft, comfortable sleeping mask that encourages deep sleep, along with Sleep-Friendly Tea, an herbal blend free of caffeine and infused with chamomile and lavender to promote relaxation, the De-Stress Room & Linen Mist, a blend of lavender and geranium essential oils that creates an instant calming effect, and bath salt infused with essential oils and natural minerals to relax tired muscles and prepare your body for a restorative night’s sleep. Also included is the Sleepyhead Aromatherapy Pulse Points Roll-On, a calming blend of essential oils in a convenient roll-on form, perfect for applying to pulse points to promote relaxation before bed.

An urban oasis on Orchard Road, guests can also look forward to the imminent opening of Damai that will be a transformed space for relaxation and rejuvenation, offering elevated wellness experiences and blending therapeutic rituals backed by science and traditional remedies. Guests can look forward to relaxing in the Halo Steam Room, Dual Therapy Sauna, Air Lounge Hydro Pool, and enjoy a guided wellness session in the outdoor area.

Guests and World of Hyatt members can enjoy 24/7 access to exclusive resources specifically designed to foster better sleep. World of Hyatt members get access to a one month’s free trial of Headspace when they download the World of Hyatt App, offering mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, and new premium colored noise content.
