Man found hanging inside house in Pandacan

A 58-year-old man was found hanging inside his house in Pandacan, Manila, on Tuesday, October 8.

The Manila Police District (MPD) identified the victim as Ferdinan Luna.

Police said the victim was found by his brother-in-law
hanging with a rope looped around his neck from a wooden beam at about 4 a.m.

He immediately woke up the victim's siblings and rushed the victim to Sta. Ana Hospital, but he was declared dead.

The case was turned over to the MPD Homicide Section to investigate whether the incident was a case of suicide or foul play.
