After over two years on air with several milestones achieved, GMA Network’s top-rating afternoon drama “Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap” nears its finale on Oct. 19.

The record-breaking show is headlined by Ms. Carmina Villarroel as Lyneth, Mr. Richard Yap as Doc RJ, and Star of the New Gen Jillian Ward as Doc Analyn.

During a media conference at Studio 7 of the broadcast network, the stars of the series were emotional as they thanked the viewers for making the program one of the most watched afternoon series on GMA.

"Thank you GMA for giving me a fantastic show. When it was offered to me, I was hesitant coming from 'Widows' Web.'

She also praised the hardworking team of the series.

Jillian dedicated the show to her late grandmother.

"Dahil sa kanila natuto akong maging compassionate and passionate. I go to work excited na feeling ko meron akong nanay, tatay at mga kapatid. God knows how much I appreciate and love them. I will forever cherish this family," said Jillian.

Pinky Amador who plays Morgana said: "I'm thankful for GMA and the creatives a binigyan nila ako ng ganitong pagkakataon. Salamat sa pagmamahal na hinding-hindi ko makakalimutan. Mahirap din yata na mabuo na ito so I'm so thankful na nangyari ito."

Dina Bonnevie who plays Giselle admitted the cast was looking forward to the show's ending after the holidays.

"We were looking to spending Christmas together pero all things must come to an end. Thank you sa lahat ng nagmahal sa character ko at sana may napulot kayong aral sa kanya," she said.

Dina added: "The show tackled so many things. Iba't-ibang mother and daughter relationships.

Bringing more depth to the story are Allen Dizon as Carlos, Kazel Kinouchi as Doc Zoey, Andre Paras as Doc Luke, Chuckie Dreyfus as Doc Ray, Wilma Doesnt as Josa, Jeff Moses as Reagan, John Vic De Guzman as Doc Ken, and Korean Sparkle artist Kim Ji Soo as Doc Kim.

Analyn then learns about her step-sister, Zoey, who instantly became her rival at the APEX Medical Center and a competitor for their father's affection. But despite various obstacles and emotional setbacks, Analyn refused to give up on her dreams.
