Region 4A's most wanted for rape, acts of lasciviousness, nabbed in GMA, Cavite

CAVITE – A man accused of rape and acts of lasciviousness and one of Calabarzon’s most wanted persons was arrested in General Mariano Alvarez (GMA) on Sunday, Oct. 6.

Cavite Police Provincial Office (PPO) identified the suspect as alias Joshua, 28 years old, and a resident of GMA.

The accused was apprehended by virtue of an arrest warrant for rape and acts of lasciviousness in relation to the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act.

The warrant of arrest was issued by the Family Court, Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 16 in Sariaya, Quezon, with no recommended bail for rape and a P180,000 recommended bail for acts of lasciviousness.

Alias Joshua is now under the custody of GMA Municipal Police Station.
