Gov. Aris, Rep. Vanessa Aumentado of Bohol running anew

CEBU CITY – Gov. Aris Aumentado is seeking reelection to pursue projects that will benefit the province of Bohol.

THE Aumentado couple of Bohol – second district Rep. Rep. Vanessa and Gov. Aris – is seeking a fresh term in the 2025 elections.

He and wife, reelectionist Bohol Rep. Vanessa, filed their Certificates of Candidacy on Thursday, October 3.

“Our principle is for honest and clean governance. Genuine service for the people of Bohol. With your resounding support, you can count on a better service,” said Gov. Aumentado.

He vowed to focus on sustaining poverty reduction in the province.

Gov. Aumentado cited latest data from Philippine Statistics Authority showing that poverty incidence in Bohol was down to its lowest-ever level at 14.8 percent.

Rep. Aumentado, in a Facebook post, thanked constituents for their support. “Thank you very much for the support. Do hope that we will work hard to bring progress in our district.”
