Zamboanga City police deploy 200 men to secure All Saints' Day

ZAMBOANGA CITY – The Zamboanga City Police Office has deployed 200 personnel to secure All Saints’ Day here.

POLICE were deployed to secure a cemetery in Zamboanga City for All Saints’ Day.

ZCPO Director Police Col. Kimberly Molitas said they are among 500 security personnel assigned to secure 11 big cemeteries – Forest Lake in Tumaga, San Roque, Santa Maria, Baliwasan, Santa Cruz, Talon Talon, Mampang, Tetuan, Golden Haven in Boalan, Hillside in Lumbangan, and Mercedes – and streets leading to these burial grounds.

They are backed up by the Mobile Force Battalion, soldiers of Task Force Zamboanga, barangay personnel, and force multipliers. 

Molitas advised cemetery visitors to follow regulations and stay alert and vigilant.
