Some towns in Rizal province have issued guidelines for the peaceful and orderly observance of All Saints and All Souls Day on November 1 and 2 respectively.
In Antipolo City, it reminded residents that public cemeteries in the city will be open on October 31 to November 1 from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. while on November 2, the cemeteries will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
On regular days, cemeteries operate from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
For visitors who want to clean the tombs of their loved ones, they are only allowed until Wednesday, October 30.
They were also reminded of the prohibited acts inside the cemeteries, including littering, using styrofoam and plastic bags, smoking cigarettes and vapes, playing loud music, guitar, karaoke, or any other instruments that create noise, and bringing of bladed weapons.
Visitors are also encouraged not to bring private vehicle, as the vicinity of the public cemeteries in the city proper has been designated as no-parking zones.

In Angono, residents started cleaning up the tomb as early as Sunday, even as the tradition of visiting the cemeteries in the Art Capital of the Country occurred every November 2.
Bladed weapons, liquor, and instruments that produce loud sounds are also prohibited in the cemeteries in this municipality.
To ensure the public's safety and peaceful observance of Undas, a help desk and emergency desks will also be put up at the entrance of the cemeteries in the province.
