She said that these are partial reports from district engineering offices and will undergo regional office and central office assessment.

Castañeda said that clearing operations are ongoing, especially in the province of Camarines Sur.

She said the Maharlika Highway is now passable for limited types of vehicles.

However, there are some national roads in the region still impassable due to severe damage, she said.

"’Yung Albay West Coast ay hindi pa talaga passable, ‘yung Milaor to Minalabac ay hindi pa dahil flooded pa siya at ‘yung Baao-Iriga-Nabua ay hindi passable dahil damaged ‘yung Waras bridge," Cantañeda said.

She said that as of Wednesday, Oct. 30, only Albay has completely submitted  damage report on infrastructure.

"Yung Nabua-Batalan road grade ‘yung landslide. Nasa clearing operations pa rin ang district engineering office with the help ng ibang district offices."
