PRO-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Alan M. Nazarro disclosed that they will secure 201 cemeteries, memorial parks, churches, terminals, ports, public places, and other places of convergence across the region.

Operational guidelines have been issued to the five police provincial offices, Butuan City Police Office, and Regional Mobile Force Battalion-13 outlining specific instructions for the conduct of law enforcement operations.

“As early as now, we are already establishing additional security measures to thwart any criminal acts of the lawless elements,” Nazarro said.

“With this, I implore for the continuous cooperation of the public like extending their extra patience to our police checkpoints so that we will all have an orderly observance of the upcoming All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.”

PRO-13 has 750 personnel from augmented units and 778 volunteer members from advisory support groups (ASG) as force multipliers.
