The Department of Education (DepEd) concluded the grand festivities for the 2024 National Teachers’ Month (NTM) on Thursday, Oct. 3, honoring the vital role educators play in shaping the nation.

With the theme “Together4Teachers,” the celebration showcased the unwavering dedication of Filipino educators and highlighted their crucial contribution to nation-building.

“Always remember the significant role our teachers play in the progress of our nation. We count on you to continue prioritizing the welfare of our students,” DepEd Secretary Sonny Angara said.

The culminating event for this year’s National Teachers’ Day was attended by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos.
