The city governments of Las Piñas, Parañaque, and Pasay suspended classes anew in both its respective public and private schools for Thursday, October 24, due to intermittent weather caused by Severe Tropical Storm Kristine.
The cities' mayors ordered the suspension of classes at all levels after the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) placed Metro Manila under Signal No. 2.
