Kapamilya actress and singer Vina Morales is once again single and ready to mingle.

Vina shared the news during an ambush interview with the media at the Winford Hotel on Oct. 14. According to Vina, her heart is now more relaxed and taking a break.

"Steady lang naman yung puso ko. I'm okay and happy kung ano man yung nasa position ko ngayon. I'm happy even if I'm not seeing someone and I always believe na kapag hindi right person it will never happen," Vina said.

(My heart is steady. I'm content regardless of my current situation. I'm happy even without a partner, believing the right person will come.)

She mentioned that she has reached a stage in her life where she no longer feels the need to push for things that may never come to fruition.

"Nasa point na ako ng buhay ko na ayoko ipilit. Kasi nung kabataan ko, maski nakikita ko na may red flag ipipilit ko pa rin hanggat nasasaktan na ako. So ngayon narealize ko na if it's not meant for you wag na ipilit," Vina added.

(I'm at a point in my life where I don't want to force things. When I was younger, I used to ignore red flags and push through, only to end up getting hurt. Now I understand that if something isn't meant for you, it's best not to push it.)

Although the reason for the breakup was not mentioned, Vina still believes that there is still someone for her out there but not at this time.

"I know that there is always somebody right for us, but maybe it's also not the right time, dahil ako personally hindi pa ako yung the right person for my partner, so I'm still in the process of being a better person kaya siguro hindi pa naiibigay sa akin," she said.

It can be recalled that Vina went Instagram official with Andrew in 2023 after sharing photos of them having a great time in Washington DC.

After their first meet in Hawaii, the two reconnected 21 years later when Vina was having a tour in Miami.

When asked if she was open to dating again, Vina said it was okay but right now her priority is her daughter Ceanna and work.

"Ang priority ko ngayon is my daugther Ceanna and yung trabaho pa rin, pero if there's another chance na magkaroon ako ng relationship bakit hindi? Pero hindi na yung main goal ko," she said.
