DOT: 6 Philippine establishments earn recognition in Michelin Guide Hotels 2024

Accredited hotels and resorts in the Philippines have received recognition in the MICHELIN Guide Hotels 2024 for their significant contributions to the country’s hospitality and culinary landscape, the Department of Tourism (DOT) said.

Honored establishments include Admiral Hotel Manila - MGallery, Amanpulo, Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan, Hotel Okura Manila, Nay Palad Hideaway, and The Peninsula Manila, each distinguished for their exceptional service and unique dining experiences.

The DOT emphasized that these accommodations not only reflect the best of Filipino hospitality but also enhance the nation’s reputation in the global tourism industry.

With a legacy dating back to 1900, the MICHELIN Guide is renowned for its authoritative recommendations, providing travelers with a trusted resource for quality accommodations.

The recognition of these six properties—three hotels and three island resorts—marks a significant milestone for the Philippines, which is now prominently featured on the MICHELIN Guide website.

“The establishments showcase the best of Filipino hospitality and elevate the country’s global standing in the tourism industry,” the DOT said, highlighting their crucial role in attracting international visitors.

“By consistently delivering exceptional service, design, and dining experiences, these hotels have met MICHELIN’s standards.”
