Las Piñas LGU suspends afternoon classes due to TS Kristine

The Las Piñas City government announced the suspension of afternoon classes in all levels, both in public and private schools, on Tuesday, October 22.

The Las Piñas Public Information Office issued the announcement on the suspension of afternoon classes at 11:00 a.m. 

Las Piñas Mayor Imelda Aguilar made the move after the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration  issued tropical cyclone wind signal no. 1 in Metro Manila.

Aguilar also reminded students to just stay home and for city residents to prepare for the effect of typhoon Kristine.
