Guico, Lambino submit COC in Pangasinan

DAGUPAN CITY – Reelectionist Pangasinan Gov. Ramon Guico III and Vice Gov. Mark Lambino on Wednesday, October 2, filed their Certificates of Candidacy for the May elections at the Commission on Elections provincial office here.

Also submitting their COCs were reelectionist provincial board members Haidee Pacheco of the second district, Dr. Shiela Baniqued of the third district, Jerry Rosario of the fourth district and Marinor de Guzman of the fourth district, and reelectionist congressmen Marlyn Primicias Agabas and Arthur F. Celeste of the sixth and first districts, respectively.

Celeste filed alongside fellow reelectionists  board members Napoleon C. Fontelera Jr. and Apolonia DC  Bacay of the first district.
