Damosa Land celebrates 20 transformative years of Mindanao real estate

Over the past two decades, Damosa Land, Inc. (DLI) has established itself as a cornerstone of the real estate sector in Mindanao. As Damosa Land celebrated its milestones, Ricardo Lagdameo, President of Damosa Land, looked back on the company's journey. Advancing industrial development in Mindanao
Recently, AIE has secured an additional investment worth $3 million or P168 million from Tide Solar Inc. Apart from this, leading tennis ball producer Head Sports, is also set to begin its operation and production at AIE, which also provides opportunities for producers of rubbers in Mindanao.

The agro-industrial hub also launched its experience center, a testament to Damosa Land's dedication to strengthen the manufacturing landscape in Mindanao. This center features the innovative products that are produced and exported from AIE. These developments have proven Damosa Land's real estate excellence and its strong commitment to developing the industries and investment potential of Mindanao.

Damosa Land recently marked its 20th anniversary with a Gala Night where it honored its employees, business partners, and media partners that became part of their transformative journey. The event highlighted incredible milestones it achieved this year, including the signing of GMAC Logitech Refrigeration in Anflo Industrial Estate (AIE), the partnership with PHINMA Microtel Hotels, and the recent groundbreaking of Agriya Gardens.

In addition to its achievements, Damosa Land has delivered award-winning projects across different business segments in the last 20 years. With 11,000 generated jobs, nearly 1,600 homes built, and more than 700,000 square meters of leasable space, Damosa Land has proven to be a leader in Mindanao's real estate sector.
