Senior citizen wanted for rape, acts of lasciviousness, nabbed by Indang PNP

Indang Municipal Police Station (MPS) operatives arrested a senior citizen accused of rape and acts of lasciviousness in Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija, on Wednesday, Oct. 16.

The Cavite Police Provincial Office identified the suspect as alias Samuel, a 63-year-old resident of Indang, Cavite. He is one of Region IVA’s most wanted persons.

The suspect was collared by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 15 in Naic, with no bail recommended for rape, and a P180,000 recommended bail for acts of lasciviousness.

Indang MPS conducted the operation in coordination with Cuyapo Municipal Police Station, Gapan City Police Station, and Cavite Maritime Police Station.

Alias Samuel is now under the custody of Indang MPS.
