Manalo to visit Thailand for bilateral talks

Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo will arrive in Thailand on Friday, Oct. 18, to meet his counterpart for talks about strengthening both countries’ ties.

Manalo will visit Bangkok for the 6th Philippines-Thailand Joint Cooperation on Bilateral Cooperation upon the invitation of Thai Foreign Affairs Minister Maris Sangiampongsa.

The meeting, which was established in 1992, is aimed at facilitating cooperation and consultation between the two countries on a wide array of issues of bilateral and regional concern, according to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
