Caloocan LGU releases guidelines for Undas 2024


The Caloocan city government on Thursday, October 17, released the guidelines for the upcoming All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.

According to Mayor Dale “Along” Malapitan’s Facebook post, tomb cleaning will be allowed until October 29, 2024.

Cemeteries will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on October 29 to November 2, 2024.

Cars will not be allowed to enter the public cemeteries on the said dates.

Bringing of sharp objects such as knives, and ice picks will not be allowed inside cemeteries as well as bringing of alcoholic beverages.

Police officers will be deployed in the cemeteries to assist and maintain peace and order in observance of Undas.

Medical personnel will also be on standby in case of emergencies.
