K-pop group Seventeen’s new mini-album “Spill the Feels” sold 2.49 million copies on the first day of release.
Seventeen released “Spill the Feels,” their 12th mini-album on Oct. 14 containing the lead single “Love, Money, Fame (feat. DJ Khaled), a R&B/hip-hop track layered with groovy melodies.
According to Korea’s Hanteo Chart, “Spill the Feels” sold 2,494,180 copies on the first day of release on Oct. 14. This is equivalent to 2.89 million in physical record index, a combination of album sales and album price, that Hanteo Chart now uses to rank albums.
Seventeen’s previous album. “Seventeenth Heaven” sold 3.28 million copies on the first day of release and 5 million copies in its first week.

Ahead of the release, “Spill the Feels” garnered over 3.4 million in pre-orders, adding to the group’s total album sales of 5.32 million in just the first half of 2024.
The album contains six songs. The other tracks are upbeat house track "Eyes on you," the Miami bass driven "1 TO 13," the vocal unit’s sweet ballad "Candy," the performance unit’s neuro-disco "Rain," and the hip-hop unit’s powerful Rage track "Water.”
Following the album’s release, Seventeen will hold their “Right Here” world tour in the US.
Being their first US tour in over two years, all of the initially announced nine shows in Rosemont, New York, San Antonio, Oakland, and Los Angeles sold out during the first day of the pre-sale. A second stadium show was added in Los Angeles, which also sold out within three hours of the presale.
