Rossini celebrates anniversary with new holiday menu and Italian favorites

Rossini, the Italian restaurant in S Maison, marks the anniversary of its relaunch, celebrating a year of blending tradition with modern twists in Italian cuisine. Since reopening in October 2023, the restaurant has attracted diners with its refreshed atmosphere and updated menu, offering contemporary takes on Italian comfort food. To commemorate the occasion, Rossini recently hosted an event for media, influencers, and friends to showcase its latest seasonal offerings.

For the holiday season, Rossini has introduced new menu items, starting with the Fall Mix Salad, a combination of roasted pumpkins, cranberries, pepitas, and mixed greens dressed in a light vinaigrette. The pizza selection now features three festive options, each showcasing the restaurant’s signature Napoletana-style crust. The Steak and Potato Pizza, topped with tenderloin, crispy potato flakes, and a parmesan cream, offers a hearty bite. The Sausage and Pumpkin Cream Pizza brings an earthy-sweet contrast with pumpkin purée and Italian sausage, while the Four Mushroom Pizza provides an umami-rich experience, featuring a blend of mushrooms and truffle cream sauce.

Rossini’s risotto lineup gets a notable addition with the Salmon in Squid Ink Risotto, pairing creamy risotto with the bold flavors of roasted salmon and cherry tomato confit. For dessert, the Chocolate Torta, a flourless chocolate cake made with almond flour, provides a light yet indulgent way to end a meal.

In addition to these new dishes, the menu retains Rossini’s popular classics, such as the Salami Sampler, Minestrone Soup, and Braised Beef Short Ribs. The Rossini Tiramisu remains a crowd favorite, offering a perfect balance of espresso and mascarpone.
