Warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, known as "easterlies," will bring cloudy skies with isolated rain showers to parts of Luzon and the Visayas on Tuesday, Oct. 15.
In its weather update, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the easterlies are currently affecting the eastern sections of Luzon and the Visayas.
The easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms to Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon.
Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and Eastern Visayas will also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
Meanwhile, PAGASA said the rest of the country can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to occasionally heavy rains or severe thunderstorms.
