97 QCPD personnel test negative in mandatory drug test


A total of  ninety-seven Quezon City Police District (QCPD) personnel tested negative in the mandatory drug testing conducted last October 11.

The testing was conducted at the QCPD Grandstand in Camp PMGen. Tomas B. Karingal.

A total of 10 Police Commissioned Officers (PCOs), 85 Police Non-Commissioned Officers (PNCOs), and 2 Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUPs) were tested during the event.

All specimens were confirmed negative for Methamphetamine and THC metabolites, based on the results provided by the QCPD Forensic Unit.

"By ensuring a drug-free environment within our organization, we reaffirm our dedication in serving the community with integrity and transparency," QCPD chief PCOL Melecio Buslig said.
