Korean actor-singer Kim Won-shik releases second single 'Hello My Love'

Korean actor and singer Kim Won Shik returned with the release of his second single “Hello My Love.” 

"Hello My Love" is described as a heartfelt ballad track that captures the essence of unwavering love and commitment. 

With its delicate melody and sincere lyrics, the song is poised to resonate with anyone who has experienced the magic of true love—just like in a Korean drama. 

"Hello My Love" blends English and Korean lyrics, expressing the deep emotions of someone who has found their one true love.

“Hello to all my fans! I’m back with my new single, Hello My Love. I hope you enjoy listening and ‘watching.’ Thank you so much for your continued support and love. I hope to see you all soon!” said Kim Won-shik. 

Kim Won Shik serenades listeners with the promise of enduring love, making "Hello My Love" a perfect tune for anyone who believes in the power of a lifelong connection. 

He said, “You know when someone falls in love, it feels like the world turns upside down. This song captures that feeling—how delicate, unbelievable, and wonderful it is.”

Blending English and Korean will allow Kim Won-shik to connect to a broader audience. 

“My previous single was only in English, but this time, we added Korean lyrics in the second verse. So, you’ll hear me singing in Korean too, which makes it even more special,” he said. 

In the song, the second verse shifts to Korean, adding a layer of intimacy and personal connection. The lyrics talk about memories that remain vivid, even with closed eyes, and a promise to cherish only the partner, no matter where life takes them. This verse deepens the emotional connection, making it clear that the love being sung about is not just a fleeting emotion but a lasting and treasured bond.

“Hello My Love” follows Won-shik’s previous release “To Be With You” and will be released on Oct. 11. 

Last month, he experienced being a runway model for the first time for the BENCH Fashion Week Holiday 2024. He’s also one of the newest endorsers of the aforementioned brand.

To accompany the release, a music video featuring Kaori Oinuma from “Pinoy Big Brother: Otso” was also released. 

“I hope everyone watches my MV and feels the same emotions I experienced while filming,” said Kim Won-shik.
