Gunmen on motorcycle shoot Army reservist to death in Antipolo
A 49-year-old Army reservist was shot to death by two motorcycle-riding men in Sitio Boso-Boso, Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City on Wednesday, October 9.

According to Antipolo City Police officer PCapt. Carlo Tamondong, the victim, whose name was withheld upon the family's request, was riding his van coming from a church when the suspects closed in on his left side and shot him multiple times.
The wounded victim lost control of the vehicle and crashed into two other parked motorcycles.
The suspects escaped towards the direction of Marcos Highway.
The reservist was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead-on-arrival.
Police recovered six spent shells of .45-caliber gun in the scene of the crime.
Tamondong said investigators are still determining the motive behind the killing.
