AJ Raval, Aljur Abrenica spark intrigue following social media exchange

AJ Raval has expressed wholehearted support for boyfriend Aljur Abrenica who is aiming to become a councilor in Angeles City, Pampanga in next year's election.

This, even with Aljur's ex-wife Kylie Padilla seemingly airing dissent relating the same.

Taking to Facebook to share with followers her thoughts about leaders, Kylie wrote, “A good indicator of a great leader is a man who can lead his family. A man who raises his kids with good values, integrity and humility. A man loyal to his wife and who remains true despite obstacles. A man who has a heart close to God. Service is about what you can do for others, not what they can do for you.” 

Many believe she is alluding to Aljur.

But is she?

As of writing, Aljur is silent about it.

Not AJ.

While she didn't reply to Kylie directly, she was quick to post this quote: “No revenge, I’ll just pray for you and wish the best for you because you’re God’s child too.”

It didn't end there.

In a separate post, the actress also shared a supposed Bible verse that says, “If it’s God’s will, it will happen (and) nothing will stop it. If it’s not, God has a better plan. Have peace knowing this.”

Aljur appreciated AJ's support, making this clear in a post.

He wrote: "Thank you for embracing every part of me. Your unconditional love reminds me every day that being myself is enough. I’m so grateful to have you by my side, celebrating our beautiful journey together."

AJ replied, "Nakikita kita at alam ko ang totoong nangyari sayo, Naiintindihan kita. Ipagdasal na lang natin mga taong mapang api at mapang husga.. mahal ka ng panginoon at kahit kailan hindi ka nya pinabayaan..."

She went on, "Alam ko kung gaano ka kalapit sa panginoon at saksi ako doon.. lagi mong pinagpapaliban sa panginoon kaya kahit kailan hindi mo naisipan gumanti at magsabi ng totoo…"

Some fans are now eagerly awaiting Kylie's reaction.
