Tayabas City mayor, slate file COCs

TAYABAS CITY, Quezon â€“ Reelectionist Mayor Lovely Reynoso-Pontioso of this city and her slate filed their Certificates of Candidacy before the Commission on Elections here on Tuesday, October 1.

With her were re-electionists Vice Mayor Rosauro Dalida, Councilors Elsa Rubio, Luz Cuadra, Dino Romero, and Melo Cabarrubias, former Vice Mayor Manny Maraig, former Councilors Precy Glorioso, Albert Dimaranan, and Rommel Barrot and neophytes Barwin Labita and Racks Oabel.

Pontioso, who is running under the HEART (Health, Education, Agriculture, Resources, and Tourism, Transportation, Technology) platform, thanked the people of this city for their support and emphasized that her administration is focused on uplifting all sectors.

She has served less than two years in the post as she succeeded her mother who died in 2022.
