This October, Korean food aficionados can immerse themselves in the savory and spicy flavors of Korean cuisine at Conrad Manila's all-day dining buffet restaurant, Brasserie on 3

Conrad Manila is set to bring the authentic flavors of Korean cuisine to its patrons with another edition of the Legendary Chefs Series, this time featuring Chefs Younghun Hwang and Junmok Lee from Conrad Seoul. These culinary superstars will take over the kitchen at Brasserie on 3 from October 5 to 13, introducing Korean gastronomic classics and innovative twists on popular dishes from the Land of the Morning Calm.

Korean Guest chefs will present some of their must-try recipes such as yukhoe (Korean beef tartare), sundubujjigae (soft tofu in spicy stew), bibimbap (steamed rice bowl with vegetables), dakbokkumtang (braised spicy chicken stew), and ganjang sawoojang (soy sauce marinated raw prawn), among others. The roster of Korean street food, including tteokbokki (rice cake, fish cake with red chili sauce), eomuk (fish cake with soup), dakgangjeong (fried chicken with sweet chili sauce), and gimbap (rice rolled with various vegetables), will definitely fulfill every Korean food lover’s dream.

Guests can indulge in a scrumptious Korean-themed buffet spread at Brasserie on 3 for lunch (12:00 pm – 2:30 pm) and dinner (6:00 pm - 10:00 pm), available daily. The lunch buffet from Monday to Saturday is priced at PHP 2,900 nett per person and PHP 3,400 nett per person on Sunday. Meanwhile, dinner buffet rates are PHP 3,200 nett from Monday to Thursday and PHP 3,600 nett from Friday to Sunday.
