The Pasig City local government on Monday, Jan. 8, recognized its top 5 performing offices for the year 2022 as part of its efforts in boosting the public service capabilities of its departments and offices.

Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto said the top 5 performing offices are as follows: Top 5: Business Permit and Licensing Department; Top 4: City Health Department; Top 3: City Planning and Development Office; Top 2: Ugnayan sa Pasig; at Top 1: Human Resource Development Office.
Aside from giving due recognition to the five offices, Sotto urged other branches of the city government to continue to perform their mandates properly not just for the city government but also for all Pasigueños.
"Ang pagkilala na ito sa Top Performing Offices o Top Performing Office Recognition Program ay pinangangasiwaan ng PRAISE (Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence) Committee. Layunin ng Top Performing Office Recognition Program na bigyang motibasyon at inspirasyon ang mga opisina sa City Hall upang mas mapabuti pa ang kalidad ng serbisyo ng mga ito para sa Lungsod ng Pasig at mga Pasigueño (This recognition of Top Performing Offices or Top Performing Office Recognition Program is spearheaded by the PRAISE Committee. The Top Performing Office Recognition Program's goal is to give motivation and inspiration to the offices of the City Hall to improve their quality of service to the city and Pasigueños)," the city government said.
The criteria for determining the offices that would be given the Top Performing Office Award are as follows:
- Sixty percent Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) assessing if the target of the office from the start of the year has been accomplished (To qualify, the office must obtain a Very Satisfactory rating for two consecutive periods (January-June and July to December);
- Thirty percent Office Compliance which determines if the office submits its documents on time;
- Ten percent Client Feedback based on the public feedback on the services of the office obtained using the Ugnayan sa Pasig.
The five Top Performing Office Awardees for Performance Year 2022 received a plaque of recognition, a multi-core heavy-duty graphics laptop, gift certificates for all employees belonging to offices which received a Very Satisfactory rating, and a small feast for the office.
