CAVITE – Authorities arrested a drug suspect in a buy-bust operation in General Mariano Alvarez on Monday, Jan. 8.
The Cavite Police Provincial Office identified the suspect as alias Obet.
Seized during the sting operation were more or less 57.5 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P391,000.
Alias Obet is now under the custody of GMA Municipal Police Station and is facing charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The confiscated pieces of evidence, meanwhile, will be brought to the Provincial Forensic Unit in Imus City for examination.
