Authorities seized an estimated P13.6 million of shabu in a buy-bust operation in a subdivision in Muntinlupa on Jan. 6.
The operation was carried out by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) National Capital Region’s Northern District Office and Southern District Office, and the Muntinlupa police in a subdivision in Barangay Tunasan.

Two persons were arrested in the operation who were linked to the "Coplan Sais-Strong Ice." The Southern Police District (SPD) only identified the suspects by their aliases, Jonny, 42, and Lyn, 40.
Authorities seized two foil packs with the label "Guanyinwang” with Chinese characters. The packs contained 2 kilos of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) with an estimated value of P13.6 million. Different identification cards were also recovered during the operation.
The two suspects will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
