US-based media tech firm Entravision has partnered with social media tech company Snap Inc. to expand its advertising solutions to consumers in countries in the Asia-Pacific region such as the Philippines, South Korea, and Vietnam.
Through the partnership, Entravision expressed hope that it will be able to harness Snap's popular social media app Snapchat to provide access for brands and marketers to engage with new markets in Asia.
The app is able to connect advertisers with around 750 million monthly users.
In a statement, Entravision Global Partnerships President Victor Kong said they continue to endeavor in strategic partnerships to grow their business.
“Through our representations, we empower the businesses of thousands of clients, and our mission is to continue to expand and grow organically in markets where we currently have a strong presence. We are excited to collaborate with Snap as we recognize the vast business opportunities it holds for our clients," he said.
APAC-Snap Inc. President Ajit Mohan added that they are "looking forward to building a strong foundation with partners in the region who can utilize Snap’s innovative advertiser solutions to deliver real return of investment (ROI)."
Entravision currently has other commercial partnerships with Meta, X Corp. (formerly Twitter), Tiktok, and Spotify.
