2 'salvage' victims found in Laguna, Quezon

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna – Two suspected “salvage” or summary execution victims were found in Laguna and Quezon on Friday morning, January 5.

The Police Regional Office 4-A said the first victim was discovered on a creek in Purok 4, Barangay Lawa, Calamba City, Laguna.

The victim was 5'4" in height, fair complexion, and medium-built and his legs, feet, and neck were tied with nylon rope and his face was wrapped with packaging tape.

The second victim was found in Purok Masagana, Barangay Ibabang Iyam, Lucena City.

The victim was identified as Mark, 26, single, of Purok Masagana. He sustained stab wounds in the face and was found by a resident, Jayson Ablanida, at the back of his house.
