The Bulacan Police Provincial Office (BPPO) has strengthened its internal cleansing measures by conducting a surprise drug test on its members on Thursday, Jan. 4.
Following their participation in a command conference on Thursday, Jan. 4, the BPPO conducted an unexpected drug test on all police chiefs and commanders of the Provincial Mobile Force Companies (PMFC).

Led by Col. Relly B. Arnedo, BPPO director, the participating policemen willingly provided urine samples collected by the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit.
The tests aim to detect commonly abused illegal substances like methamphetamines and marijuana.
In adherence to the directive from Philippine National Police (PNP) Region 3 Director Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr., the Bulacan PPO commits to vigorously implement reforms in the organization.
These include stringent surprise inspections and random drug screenings of all personnel to ensure their unwavering dedication to deliver effective public service.
