Partners in crime: Husband, wife, collared for robbery in Cavite City

CAVITE – In a literal twist on the phrase "partners in crime," a married couple was arrested for robbery with violence against or intimidation of persons in Cavite City on Tuesday, Jan. 2.

The Cavite Police Provincial Office identified the suspects as alias Jeffrey and alias Kimberly, Cavite City’s top one and top two most wanted persons.

After close monitoring and surveillance, the husband and wife were arrested by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 29 in Manila with a recommended bail of P18,000 for each case.

The couple is now under the custody of Cavite Component City Police Station.
