Kapuso star Katrina Halili mourned the demise of her non-showbiz partner Jeremy Guiab, who passed away due to a heart attack last Sunday.

On social media, Katrina wrote: "Ang daya mo love sabi mo aalagaan mo kami ni katie. Bakit iniwan mo kami."

Quezon City Councilor Don De Leon announced the passing of his friend Jeremy on Facebook. He wrote: "My best friend, my brother, my confidant and partner. Jeremy G. Guiab succumbed to a fatal heart attack at around 5:00 PM today. Together with his family, we ask for prayers for his soul’s eternal rest with our Lord. A precious life gone too soon. Wake details to follow."

Jeremy's body will lie at the Arlington Memorial Chapels in Quezon City until Feb. 1.

Celebrity friends offered their prayers and condolences to Katrina.

"My heartfelt condolences. Wishing you peace and comfort," wrote Kris Bernal.

"Maaaars. Mahigpit na yakap… love you mars," said Camille Prats.

"Tight hugs, Kat. Rest in Peace, Jeremy," penned Chanda Romero.

Other stars who condoled her include Rei Anicoche Tan, Carla Abellana, Maricar De Mesa, Jackie Lou Blanco, Aiko Melendez, Melissa Mendez, Ces Drilon, etc.
