"Masaya kami makabalik sa Filipinas!"

This was the shotout of Chris Martin atter his band Coldplay graced the Philippine stage once again with a galactic and sci-fi musical adventure during their "Music of the Spheres" concert held at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on Jan. 19 and 20. The concert was presented by Live Nation Philippines.

The British band earlier brought their concert "A Head Full of Dreams" to Manila in 2017.

Before the boys headed to the stage, OPM artist JikaMarie paved the stage performing her songs "Kailangan ko ng," "Balang Araw," "Lutang," and "Kislap."

The sold-out arena show glimmered with lightsticks and reusable wristbands that were provided by the band. Aside from the wristband, another thing that made the concert memorable was Coldplay's sustainability goals by putting electric bikes and Kinetic dance pads that will give additional power to the concert.

As the lights dimmed, the audience focused on the big screen as Chris Martin, Guy Berryman, Will Champion, and Jonny Buckland entered the stage waving to their Pinoy fans.

Before heading to the next song, Chris talked in Tagalog saying that they were happy to come back to the Philippines.

"Masaya kami makabalik sa Filipinas, thank you for speaking Taglish with me. We're so grateful to be here and ang ganda niyong lahat,'' Chris said.

Coldplay's visually appealing concert has left the audience in awe and overwhelming feeling as they sang-along with their songs, Viva La Vida, Hymn for the Weekend, Charlie Brown, and Yellow.

Present during the concert was President Bong Bong Marcos Jr., together with his wife First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos and their children.

Celebrities Maine Mendoza, Arjo Atayde, Alexa Ilacad, Marco Gallo, and Heaven Paralejo attended the concert.

In the third act of the concert, the band continued with Human Heart, People of the Pride, Clocks, and Something Like This. The fans also went wild when Chris sang My Universe featuring BTS.

Before performing Sky Full of Stars, Chris requested the audience to put down their phone to feel the performance.

Coldplay did not disappoint the fans as they closed the show with the songs, Fix You, Biyutiful, and A Wave, as they exited the stage the words "Believe in Love" appeared on the screen.

OPM bands Lola Amour and Dilaw

Aside from Chris singing about the traffic in Manila, he also made sure to make the concert even more exciting by bringing in Lola Amour and Dilaw on stage.

During the first day, Chris jammed with Lola Amour singing their hit song, "Raining In Manila", according to Lola Amour's post on Instagram it was indeed a surreal moment for them.

On the second day, Dilaw also made a surprise performance singing their song "Uhaw." The Baguio-based band felt overwhelmed after performing with Chris.

"Di padin kami maka getover gengz. Umpisa palang ng taon parang season ender feelz na agad. Lamzyu all!" Dilaw wrote on their Instagram post.
