- Marcos explained that Uniteam is not formed by just a few parties.
As far as he is concerned, President Marcos believed that the 'Uniteam," the coalition of political parties formed during the 2022 presidential elections, is still vibrant despite the ongoing tension among its key players.

Marcos said this amid the ongoing word war between him and former president Rodrigo Duterte, the father of Vice President Sara Duterte.
In an interview with reporters in Vietnam, the President said the Uniteam is still lively.
"Well, I think so. I believe so," he said on Tuesday, Jan. 30.
Marcos backed this up by explaining that Uniteam is not formed by just a few parties.
"Uniteam is not just one party or two parties or three parties. It’s the unification of all political, hopefully, all the political forces in the Philippines to come together for the good of the country," he said.
"That is still there. It is still vibrant, it is still working, and we will continue," he added.
Filipinos online have expressed that Uniteam seems to be over after members of the Duterte family called for Marcos' resignation and the patriarch even accused him of being a drug addict.
Former president Duterte even claimed that Marcos was included in the watch list of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), which the agency immediately denied.
Before leaving for Vietnam, the President said he would not dignify the allegations and blamed former president Duterte's fentanyl intake for his rants.
Duterte, in response, dared Marcos to take a drug test to be conducted by an independent body and before the public to see if he was clean.
Meanwhile, President Marcos said his relationship with Vice President Duterte remains the same as she never said anything similar to her other family members' remarks.
He said the Vice President would stay on as the Secretary of the Department of Education.
